Review : Chargriller from Typhoon + Jamie Oliver's marinade

Yesterday, I finally tested my new Chargriller sent by Typhoon (see Blogpost HERE). We live in a flat and I haven't cook a steak since ages, because I don't like the taste of a oven or pan cooked steak. For me, it needs to be cooked on a BBQ ! Well, I wasn't disappointed ! The Steak was tender (I cooked it for a bit too long though, I need to adapt to my new Chargriller ...) and excellent !



First, I needed to brush a little cooking oil everywhere on the chargriller. You can use it with any kind of hobs.

Recipe of Jamie Oliver's Rump steak marinade (Indian style)

Four 4 little rump steak:
1/4 of a jar of Jalafrezi Patak's curry paste
75ml lemon juice
3 tablespoon olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together and let the meat in the marinade 15 minutes before cooking.

I loved to cook with the chargriller, that was quick and the taste was excellent  :) !
